Xinjiang Autonomous Region Government Affairs Information System Integration and Sharing Work Steadily Advances

In order to implement the "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for the Integration and Sharing of Government Information Systems" (Guobanfa [ 2017] No. 39), five national ministries and commissions, including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Central Cyberspace Office, and the Central Compilation Office, issued the "Accelerate Advancement" Implementing the relevant requirements of the "Working Plan for the Implementation and Integration of Government Information System Integration" (Fa Gai Gaoji [2017] No. 1529) document, our region actively carried out the work of integration and sharing of government information systems in the autonomous region.

On August 4, 2018, the National Development and Reform Commission took the lead in convening a national television and telephone work conference on the implementation of the "Implementation Plan for the Integration and Sharing of Government Affairs Information System" to deploy the supervision and inspection of the integration and sharing of government information systems. The Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission and the Autonomous Region Information Center (Autonomous Region E-Government External Network Management Center) actively promoted the integration and sharing of the autonomous region's government affairs information system. Based on the actual situation of our region, the "Opinions on Accelerating the Implementation of the Autonomous Region's <Administrative Affairs Information Resource Sharing Management Work> Work" Program". At the end of 2018, the self-inspection report of the government affairs system of 32 departments and bureaus in the region was completed, and the operation of more than 200 government information systems was found out. Among them, more than 10 systems were cleaned up within the departments and bureaus, which can access the shared platform. More than 170 systems. A catalogue of 199 types of government information resources for 14 departments and bureaus was compiled and reported to the national government information sharing website.

In 2019, relying on the e-government extranet of the autonomous region, our center will fully promote the integration and sharing of government information systems, and promote the innovation and development of government information. The government administrative information resource catalog management system of the autonomous region is connected with the national platform. The public data open website has been preliminarily established. The autonomous government administrative information resource sharing platform has been completed.
