On the morning of December 5, the 147th Post-doctoral Academic Lecture Hall of the National Information Center was successfully held. Professor Hou Jiaru, Dean of the Green Development Strategy Research Institute of China University of Political Science and Law and a member of the Central Society and Legal Committee of the Revolutionary Committee, made a speech entitled "Promoting Good Law and Good Governance "Building an Ecological Civilization" report, Zhang Xueying, deputy director of the National Information Center, attended and presided over the meeting. Professor Hou Jiaru interpreted the basic theories of good law and good governance from multiple perspectives, such as normative law, economics, sociology of law, French chemistry, law history, and law politics. He pointed out that the party and the country attach great importance to the construction of an ecological civilization system, how to promote good law and good governance in the field of environmental protection, build an ecological civilization, and practice the development concept of "green mountains and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains." It is an important theoretical problem and needs urgent solution. For practical problems, we must start with the basic positioning of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics to understand the prominent environmental governance issues at the moment.
