On November 12, 2019, the "2019 Strategic Emerging Industry Cultivation and Development Forum" co-sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, China Development Bank and National Information Center was held in Shenzhen. Director Liu Yunan pointed out that since this year, in the complex and changing external situation, strategic emerging industries have maintained stable and good development momentum, continued to lead the high-quality development of the economy, and showed seven significant characteristics. They are: a strong domestic market to support industrial stability The rebound, the release of new kinetic energy in key areas of industrial development, the shift of scale growth to quality and efficiency priority, the investment against the trend of growth has become an important highlight, the improvement of the financing environment to promote industrial development, the emergence of important results of innovative development, and efficient agglomeration to shape a new pattern of industrial development. Although the current strategic emerging industry development still faces some internal and external constraints, in the medium and long term, the opportunities for industrial development outweigh the challenges, the release of domestic market forces, the continuous opening up of new industries, the construction of new infrastructure, the advancement of industrial cluster pilots, and cross-border development.
